Constant change and a tiny step.

Finally a breathing space, realization during these period is that changes are constant , changes never change.  Little steps taken for a healthy environment can also make a better difference. Milk packets:          Recently I came across few articles and posts , that opening the milk packets without cutting off the tip  and just having a slit without separating  the small piece can reduce the number of small plastics entering the soil which never gets decomposed. Karnataka has encouraged citizens in this method. This can be used in any plastic covers we use in our day to day lives.           I hope we could implement this small step.            Comment on if you got any more ideas

Whole grains and healthy waist!

Worried about the drastic increase in weight?. Try having three servings of whole grains on your daily plate. According to Dietary Guidance Of America, one serving of whole grains is a slice of whole-grain bread,  half cup of oats cereal, or a half-cup of brown rice.  This new study shows that participants who had 3 servings of whole grains gained waist weight increased by half an inch to those who took a single serving of whose weight was gained by 1 inch. Also, the blood sugar level and Bloop pressure were observed to be greater with a single serving of whole-grain intakers. This was the result of four years of observation.

The observation was done among 3,100 participants of mid-age. The reason assumed was that the presence of a high amount of antioxidants, magnesium, potassium helps in maintaining normal blood pressure. Fiber had less increase of blood sugar level after meals. This is a healthy weight-gaining process.

If you are concerned about your weight gain, try this method!
