Taking a small walk outside or spending time outdoors is good. Also, it improves brain activity in a very positive way, new research has stated. The experiments were carried out by taking an MRI of the subjects who were outdoors. Many factors like water intake, exposure to sunlight, the time period, physical activity were also taken into consideration. 200 + subjects were chosen for the study and their scans were analyzed.
Results showed improved activity of Gray matter with those who spend the time outdoors, especially the positivity had good impacts on planning, understanding, and thought process.
